Made from the highest quality ingredients, the Corn (80%) and Rye (20%) are aged for 3 years in ex-Bourbon barrels.
The artisanal distillation, blending and bottling are done by the Master Distiller and his family who are the owners of 1769 Distillery in Montreal. A medium-bodied Canadian whisky with a good length and a buttery finish. Made from high quality ingredients aged for 3-years in ex-Bourbon barrels. Perfect for making a 'Maple Old Fashioned' cocktail. Medium-bodied Canadian whisky.
- Tasting notes: creamy Caramel, Vanilla, Dried fruits, Oak, Spices
- Palate notes: toasted Wood, Brown Sugar, Caramelised Corn, Rye and Cinnamon
- Pairing notes: desserts such as apple crisp or a dark chocolate mousse cake.
Use:
Sip over ice or with a splash of soda.
Cocktail suggestion—'Maple Old Fashioned': 2oz 1769 Canadian Whisky, 0.5oz maple syrup, 2 drops of Angostura bitters.
Stir for 10 seconds in a mixing glass filled with ice.
Filter into an Old Fashioned glass with a king ice cube.
Express an orange zest over top and garnish.
