Collection Points

Please note that photographic proof of identity, a valid boarding card and your order confirmation email must be shown to collect the order. In order for us to prepare your order, it must be placed at least 12hrs prior to departure.

Montreal International Airport Departures:

After you pass through the security screening area, turn left and continue past the second International Security Check Point. The collection point is located in Souvenirs and Confection area of the store. Should you have any difficulty finding it, please do not hesitate to ask a member of Montreal Duty Free Team – they will be happy to assist you.

Montreal International Airport US Transborder Departures:

After you pass through the security screening area, and have cleared US customs you will enter Montreal Duty Free. The collection point is located at the checkout area at the end of the liquor section. Should you have any difficulty finding it, please do not hesitate to ask a member of Montreal Duty Free Team – they will be happy to assist you.

Due to customs regulations, orders not collected prior to departing Canada cannot be collected upon your return. To collect and pay for your order you should present a printed or electronic copy of your order receipt and the relevant travel documents correlating with the flight details nominated on your order form.
