A longer journey, makes a sweeter finish; matured for 12 years in traditional whisky casks, this single malt first develops The Balvenie’s signature notes of warm honey and smooth vanilla. It is then finished in bespoke rum-seasoned casks, created by blending rums aged under the Caribbean sun with those matured low and slow in Scotland’s Speyside air. This unique process infuses the whisky with bold layers of candied fruit, toasted oak, and delicate spice.
